Social Links
What is Social Links?
Social Links is a unique program focussed on supporting older people who experience memory loss to maintain links with their local community.
How does it work?
Social Links works by linking individuals to activities they are interested in, in their local community.
This may involve one on one activities, linking with others who share common interests or joining existing small groups.
Your coordinator will work with you to find activities that best suit your individual requirements.
Who can participate?
Anyone who lives in northern and eastern metropolitan Adelaide and experiencing memory loss can participate on this program
