Services for DVA Card Holders
DVA Home Nursing Services
DVA Home Nursing Services offer nursing care in the comfort of your own home. Services are flexible and are tailored to meet your individual need. A coordinator is happy to come to your house to discuss your requirements.
If you have Gold or eligible White card holders and require community nursing services, the Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) will pay for all of your assessed community nursing care.

HomeFront Assessment
HomeFront is a prevention program designed to prevent falls and accidents in and around your home. All DVA Gold and White card holders are eligible for a free HomeFront falls prevention assessment.
Following this assessment the Department of Veterans' Affairs will make a financial contribution towards the cost of recommended aids and minor home modifications that will reduce the risk of falls and accidents. The financial contribution is indexed annually and is currently $191 per calendar year.
