We offer two types of housing options - Resident Funded Units and Independent Living Units.
Heritage Homes are homes leased for your lifetime at the current market value. These are retirement living homes are located in small groups around Adelaide so you can enjoy the benefits of retirement living without the hustle and bustle of a large village. "Independent living" units are available on larger sites around Adelaide. These affordable units lets you live in comfortable housing while freeing up your time and capital so you can do those things you have always dreamt of.
