Terms & Conditions - Independent Living
Interested parties are invited to fill in a "Registration of Interest" form and names are placed on a registration of interest list for the preferred site. Units in our Independent Living stocks are donation/entry contribution or rental only.
Donation/Entry Contribution units (some partly refundable); range in price from $60,000 to $200,000 depending on location and amenity.
The fortnightly maintenance fee covers council rates, water rates, painting, gardening, general maintenance. These fees vary from site to site.
Residents are responsible for payment of their own telephone, gas, electricity and contents insurance.
