Purchase of a lifetime lease is at market value and at the end of tenancy the lease is resold at a new market value.
Refunds are on a % of the new market value, allowing residents to benefit from any capital gain.
Naturally, a maintenance fee for council, water, building insurance, painting, gardening, general maintenance etc. is charged.

Our Consultant will send you an information pack which includes the relevant "Registration of Interest" form for you to complete and return if you would like to be included on our "Registration of Interest" list. You will then receive the relevant updates as they arise.

Angela Sharp, who conducts the ACH Group Choir "Sing for Joy", has been short listed for the 2010 Geoff Crowhurst Memorial Award as part of the Annual Ruby Awards for excellence in the arts.
Sunlife Exchange a Success!

During May a team of twelve ACH group staff enjoyed a ten day international cultural exchange to Nagano and Nagoya in Japan as part of a scholarship program with Japanese aged care provider Sun Life Group.
