How do I apply?

There are a number of steps involved when applying for Residential Care. ACH Group can help you in the application process.

Prior to application and then admission, you will need the approval of the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT). Please speak with your local doctor (or your local ACAT) or even ask a family member to organise an assessment. Your local doctor should be able to assist you with the procedure. The ACAT assesses care needs and assists people to gaining access to the service most suited to your needs.
