How many bedrooms do your units have?
Our units are all unique, with units having one to three bedrooms depending on the location.
Do you charge a maintenance fee?
We do charge a maintenance fee to cover the costs of council rates, water rates, emergency services levy, building insurance, gardening in common grounds, painting, gutter cleaning and public lighting.
These fees range from $180.39 to $278.66 per fortnight, depending on the type of lease and number of bedrooms.
These fees are reviewed twice a year.
Do you have rental units?
We have a limited number of rental units scattered across the Adelaide metropolitan region. The majority of them are one bedroom, short term lease agreements – please contact the office to enquire about availability , unit size and length of lease.
Do your units have supported care on site?
While eligibility criteria needs to be met, our team will work with you to connect you to a residential care site near your home, should the need arise in the future.
Are there different financial schemes?
Yes, there are two:
- Resident Funded Units
- Independent Living Units

Do the units have a carport and garden?
Most units have a garage attached to the unit, or a carport/parking space located closeby. Not all units have a backyard.
Would I be eligible for Rent Assistance?
You will need to check with Centrelink based on your personal situation.
